Today on Delirium Style: Is it really so terrible to stay in your pajamas all day?
I think not. Maybe it’s a bad habit but when I’m done for the day (even if it’s 1 pm) my wardrobe begins to malfunction and I am left with nothing on but a t-shirt and my yoga pants. There is nothing more liberating than walking around in your pajamas all day except maybe, if you’re rocking out your birthday suit. And yes, I mean the naked kind.
It is, however, a little dour to go out in your pajamas no matter how tempting it can be. On days where I am doing nothing in particular I like to put on my lazy look. There should be days where you just need to be wrapped in a warm blanket and do absolutely nothing all day. There isn’t. I love the days where I walk out the door and feel as comfortable as I do when I’m in my pjs and feel stunning at the same time.
Layering does that for me and so does a classic pair of leggings. So how do I make that happen? For starters, moccasins or flats are a must and throw on a chunky scarf. A blouse, an oversized cardigan, and a top layer of a blazer or trench coat and you have yourself the classic wrapped blanket, or lazy day look.
